Warranty
Our standard warranty is 30 days against DOA. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please see below detail for new and refurbished return policies. Additional warranty/maintenance contract lengths are available for purchase to extend coverage.
Refurbished products
To be eligible for a working product return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. After return shipment is paid for by the purchaser, serial number is verified, and equipment passes testing, a restock fee of 30% will be deducted from the refund price.
New products
To be eligible for a new product return, your item must be unused and in the same new unopened packaging/condition that you received it. After return shipment is paid for by the purchaser, serial number is verified, and equipment condition is confirmed, a restock fee of 30% will be deducted from the refund price.
